Shipping Policy

We’re currently delivering to all destinations within NZ and Australia.

 

NZ Deliveries

Delivery Times

Orders to most destinations within New Zealand are sent Mon-Fri on an overnight service and would normally be with you within 1-2 working days. Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed. 

 

Rural Delivery Times

For rural addresses in NZ, please allow for an extra 1-2 days for delivery.

Recyclable Parcels

You will receive your Naturo Pharm parcel delivered in eco-friendly, recyclable paper packaging.

​

Order Tracking

To track your order, simply enter your order’s tracking number on the NZ Post Tracking Tool. We’ll email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for collection by our courier.

 

Signature Required

Please note that all our parcels are sent signature required. We give the option to leave a special delivery note to leave somewhere safe if not home. If you decide to use that option, Naturo Pharm can not be held liable if the parcel is lost.

Australia Deliveries

Delivery Times

Orders to destinations in Australia are sent Mon-Fri and would normally be with you within 3-10 working days.  You have the option of untracked or tracked without signature to select at checkout.

Recyclable Parcels

You will receive your Naturo Pharm parcel delivered in eco-friendly, recyclable paper packaging.
